HOW IT WORKS
Signing a rental agreement with Urban Rose ensures that we will provide you with a new, clean bouquet each month. We have various rental options to suit your needs. For example, you can choose to receive one (or more) bouquet(s) delivered once a month, or choose to receive new bouquets twice a month, if you prefer a more frequent update to your flowers.
The rental agreement works like a monthly membership, paying for the package you need. Our rotation team will keep track of your rotation schedule and the type of bouquets that suit your space best.
At each delivery you will also be able to choose between a few options that meets your taste/ decor needs for the month.
Our accounts department will liaise with yours, by sending an invoice every month. Should you wish to cancel the agreement, you need to give us one month’s notice per email.
